April 1, 2010 - April Fool's Day, very fitting.  Our goal of putting the house on the market by the end of March has passed.  It will happen sometime in April.  Still many little things left inside & the paint on the outside of the house.  We are tired, but can see the end very clearly, it is just a little slower getting there than we hoped. 
Spent 4 days last weekend on the boat.  It was great, reminded us why we work so hard to get there.  Got a few small things done to It's Perfect, along with having a wedding party on the dock.  I did the decorations & the party was a great success.  Neighbors Dolphin & Jody  have known each other 25 yrs, took her a while to say yes. They own a 45ft Island Packet & plan on leaving the dock for new parts of the world in less than 2 yrs.
