October 22, 2010  -  This is a BIG step in the direction of our dream.  The rudder is finished & ready to return to It's Perfect.  It took Rod many hours of  hard work,  but it is Beautiful! 
To bad no one can see it after it is on the boat & in the water.  He will load it in the truck & head for the dock tomarrow am.  We still have to schedule the haul out at the maintenance yard so it will be a few weeks before it is installed & back in the water.
Still waiting, contract on the house is suppose to close Nov 21.  Keeping a positive attitude but time will tell if we have to spend another winter in Mckinney.  Not much left in the house or garage, pretty soon it will be just like our first apartment.  No furniture and few belongings!
