Hello from Las Cruces, New Mexico!  We have been away from our new home far too long.  Our working trip to our rental properties is taking longer than expected.  The weather here is not cooperating.  Looks like we will be here until close to Christmas. 

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!  We are looking forward to being back aboard It's Perfect soon.
