ALL IN A NORMAL DAY

J & K PRODUCTION
INTERNET CAFE

It is a beautiful morning, the wind is at 10 to15 & the water temp is about 80 degrees. Today will be spent with errands, grocery, library, mail & a stop at J&K Production for the Internet.
We are slowly getting closer to being ready to pull the anchor. I have repaired a zipper on the enclosure & we have finally installed the last two screen panels. The diesel & gas are topped off & stowed. The weather for the rest of the week looks great, now if we only had mail.
Yesterday afternoon we took a dinghy ride around the corner from the Chat'n Chill Beach to what is called Hurricane Hole.  We got a late start so we spent our time looking at all the amazing sea life on the small reef below the dinghy through our Sea Bucket.  Whoever invented this was a genius.
Just drop you clear bottomed bucket over the side & see clearly all that is below.

BLUE ANGELFISH

Blue Angelfish, Damsel fish, stag horn coral, brain coral, starlet coral sponges, starfish & more were all below.  It was amazing how much life is visible just a few feet under the surface in a small lagoon.

  1. Finally got a moment to catch up with you. Glad you are enjoying the wonders of Georgetown. I had forgotten the name of J&K which was a lifesaver for us following a laptop meltdown. Will look forward to hearing how you like Conception. Happy Anniversary!! A.

  2. R&L I am enjoying living vicariously through your cruising life! SPOT wasn't on or working this AM. What an anniversary moon you two had. I must come south sometime, if you still welcome an ex brother in law. Kent green with envy in AZ.
